About the Representative: Takahiro Kotani
Hello, I am Takahiro Kotani, the representative Certified Administrative Procedure Specialist of this office. After graduating from university, I worked for approximately 40 years at a private steel manufacturing company and retired in 2021. I sought ways to contribute to society by leveraging my experience and knowledge. This led me to pursue a career as the Certified Administrative Procedure Specialist.
In January 2023, I passed the Certified Administrative Procedure Specialist examination and subsequently trained at an office specializing in visa services in Yokohama. With the support of 2 colleagues who share my vision, I established the Yokohama Trinity Certified Administrative Procedure Specialist Office.

•License of Construction Business Operation: Assistance with obtaining and renewing construction-related licenses.
•Company Establishment: Guidance on setting up corporations and other legal entities.
•International Services (Visa Applications): Support for foreign nationals in acquiring, renewing, and changing their residency status in Japan.
